and skin laser and buccal fat. they also had to redo the entire plate system from the jaw surgery
nah. i had to come back ASAP so we didnt have time to design anything. gunna hold off until next summer i think then do genio, jaw implants, and entire maxilla augmentation. (unless i choose to do palate expansion first. not sure if its worth it)

like not bruised around the eye area like that but just the blood vessels in my eyes were popped somewhat

Lip lift is a possibility. canthos never happening. keeping the eyes no matter what. I'm thinking of doing some palate expansion and dental work first though, not sure yet. i have a 6 tooth smile right now, shit palate. when have u ever seen someone look good with a 6 tooth smile? seems neccessary to address. thinking i'll wait til after that to do lip lift in case theres some tooth drop down effect. then balance any jaw and mid face asymmetries that occur with implants
was just suggesting. your eye colour solo mogs already and for the palate, idk about marpe or any expander since u got the rhino and expanders just descend more, if there aint a functional problem. best bet probably SARPE, idk about another lefort (segmental).

yeah its the newest one of the expanders. its promoted by two airway orthos and costs around 20-25k lols. idek if its not as bad as the others for nose widening,asymmetries,.... im not the expander guru and theres definetly others guys here with way more knowledge on expanders but if there aint functional problems, dont do it. lets not forget the 1-2year time to fix what the expanders do to your teeth
