1-if a man betrays his "wife", he is stoned to death.
2-if he marries a second time and does not amend between them, he will walk unstraightly on the day of judgment.
3-if he writes her a dowry and does not give it to her, he is a thief.
4-if he divorces her, he has no right to take anything that he gave her.
5-if he eats her right to inheritance, he has exceeded the limits of Allah and whoever exceeds the limits of Allah is an oppressor himself.
6-if he hits her and insults her, he is mean, and if he honors her, he is generous.
7 - if he leaves her for more than four months, she has the right to disperse.
8-he has no right to treat her like his mother, and if he says to her that you are on my back as my mother, he will fast for 60 days, free a slave, or feed 60 poor people.
9-if you hate it, be patient, then maybe you will hate something and God will do much good in it.
10-if he divorces her, he must not forget her virtue.
11-if they part, her children will not deprive her and he has to pay for them
12-her money is free in it, if she ratifies it, she has two wages, and if she forbids it, he has no right to rob her of it.
13-any assault on her shall be punishable by the same as the assault on her.
He is responsible to her for her food, drink, housing and clothing within his financial capabilities .
14-his strength is entrusted to her and her obedience to him is jihad for the sake of Allah.
15 - if she is commanded to do good, she obeys him, and if he commands her to do something else, then there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the creator.
16-and for her the Prophet fought a war against the Banu qaynuqa.
17. and to defend it, death was a testimony for the sake of God.
18.for her sake, Al-Mu'tasim moved his army to amuriyah.
19. and for her reputation, God set a limit of eighty lashes.
