As for the op, I mean having high T doesnt mean you will have ultra high estrogen. If the dude works out and hes not on steroids, it will probably be pretty low.

I didnt ever work out i just had high T and my voice dropped low really early on, i drank a lot of milk, ice cream, junk food, and my body got all out of shape and i had almost a dad bod look. started working at 17 or 18 and restored all my muscle frame and retained most of it. I have big muscles now as well.
