Tier 1: Surface Falios
These falios occur on the surface of your face.
Tier 2: Feature Falios
These are falios of individual facial features related to size and shape. Many of these are bone structure falios, but not all.
Tier 3: Deformities
These are falios of regions of the craniofacial complex larger than individual features. They affect the proportions of the whole face.

- Bad haircut/hairstyle
- Inability to grow facial hair
- Neckbeard / unkempt facial hair
- Receding hairline
- Brown eyes
- Bloodshot eyes
- Yellowish sclera
- Dark eye circles
- Nasolabial folds
- Wrinkles
- Faint/sparse eyebrows
- Short eyebrows
- Unibrow
- Being fat
Tier 2: Feature Falios
These are falios of individual facial features related to size and shape. Many of these are bone structure falios, but not all.
- Crooked teeth
- Negative canthal tilt
- Short palpebral fissures
- Too much upper eyelid exposure
- High-set brow ridge and eyebrows
- Brow ridge that doesn't protrude enough
- Recessed chin
- Big/bulbous nose
- Hooked nose
- Underprojected nose
- Thin lips
- Low cheekbones
- Overbite/underbite (minor)
- Big ears
- Flared ears (monkey ears)
- Flared nostrils
Tier 3: Deformities
These are falios of regions of the craniofacial complex larger than individual features. They affect the proportions of the whole face.
- Too narrow or wide IPD
- Long/downswung midface
- Stunted midface (too short)
- Recessed maxilla
- Midface hypoplasia
- Severely recessed mandible
- Severely overprojected mandible
- Recessed forehead
- Gay alien skull
- Hyperdolichocephaly
- Hyperbrachycephaly
- Low bizygomatic to head breadth ratio
- Neanderthal low skull
- Megatall skull
Examples
- Tier 1: The guy from the movie "Beastly"
When this guy went from hot to ugly in the movie, Tier 1 falios were applied to him. This guy only has Tier 1 falios.
- Tier 1: The neckbeard guy
This guy's major falios are Tier 1 falios.
- Tiers 1 and 2: The big nose dude who comes up when you Google "ugly guy"
This man's worst falios are Tier 2: his huge nose, horrible teeth, and unaesthetic eyes. He does suffer from some Tier 1 falios—his wrinkles, unattractive hairstyle, and receded hairline—but what really keeps him from looking normal are Tier 2 falios.
- Tier 2: The giant chin man
This man's falio is a Tier 2 falio. His overgrown chin detracts from an otherwise good-looking face.
- Tier 3: This man who was born with an upside-down head (source)
This man mostly lacks any Tier 1 or Tier 2 falios (his hooked nose is a Tier 2). What holds him back is a severe Tier 3 falio.
- 1, 2, and 3: This high-FWHR Asian man
This man has spots on his skin and faint eyebrows for Tier 1 falios; high-set eyebrows, an underprojected brow ridge, and an unaesthetic nose shape for Tier 2 falios, and a blockhead cranium that's too damn wide—brachycephaly—a Tier 3 falio.
- 1, 2, and 3: This unfortunate boy
He has Tier 1 falios with his faint eyebrows and bloodshot eyes. He has Tier 2 falios with his outward-pointing, protruding eyes and small chin. But the biggest problem is his cranium, a Tier 3 deformity.
