From a historical point of view, a complete take over of a country with the size and development of Ukraine should take at least 40 days, maybe a bit less or more. The fact that Russia took most of the country in just 4 days is actually outstanding, specially if you consider that they are not using their full military power.

You guys should remember that Ukraine is big as fuck, has a massive population and is a considerably well developed country(military) due to the cold war legacy. Definitely very hard to conquer in just a few days.
