Building muscle is a tiring process for the body and you need some surplus in calories because your body must create new tissue, hard to do it when it doesn’t have extra resources since the ones available must be used to maintain your current lean mass and all of the other process of your organism.

as long as you get enough protein and you train hard you can maingain lol

you will end up with the same amount of protein synthesis for muscle building if u eat 1g per lb of bodyweight

bulking will achieve u the same amount of muscle gain, maybe a slight bit more with 10x more fat gain which is obviously unneeded

Oh well ofc jfl. I was talking in the natty way, on roids you will gain more muscle without lifting than those who lift regularly.
