Self-improvement Checklist:

Pair your t3 with t4 and don't cause a hormonal imbalance, also caffeine can increase cortisol levels and can counter the effects of your roids too

Bryan Johnson will descend you. Look at Huberman for peptides.

Your plan will age you faster e.g ephedrine etc

Take Testosterone and take Retatrutide for cutting. Face is law, too much muscle is not necessarily gonna yield better results.

Finally, you better be a high earner to afford all that.

People don't have the balls to actually looksmax. To looksmax you have to do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. Cope or not, you are not a chad, you don't have the right to dismiss stuff that could give you even the tiniest boost in SMV. A lot of people would disagree with me when I say I would spend 2 hours every morning to gain .5 points in looks, you have to take this stuff to the extreme. Good luck bro, praying for you 💯

good thread i never realised i was damaging my hair by using sauna almost daily for 15 mins and not covering my hair :trepidation: no wonder im receding
