Just watched few mewing 'transformation' videos and i felt like my iq dropped. In all of the videos the only difference that was made is literally going to a lower bodyfat, that's literally it, normies are such spergs jfl. Other noticeable differences in all the pictures i have seen is slightly different angle, different lighting and distance, and most importantly a better quality camera. There are some pictures where there is almost no difference jfl.

Thank you, this is definitely true, NOT mewing your whole life will cause deformities. Normies are retarded, you SHOULD be mewing since the day you were born, thats basically the natural tongue position. It's like telling people they should eat to not die jfl. The first one did ascend, but mostly because of chewing, the second one did change the soft tissue on the upper lip (it's a bit more concave, and the mandible looks more forward, could be jutting though, so the upper lip is the only real evidence)

Yeah i forgot to say that the first guy did ascend by lowering bf and chewing most probably, he developed his jaw well this way, but it isn't because of mewing. The last guy i don't agree, it's just different lighting, distance, and slightly different angle, plus he lost bf slightly and took both picw with a shitty camera, so just a small light difference causes different pics
