Front raises in the lateral raise machine. If your gym doesn't have a lateral raise machine don't bother.
Good resistance curve, doesn't strain the shoulder unlike free weights and cables. Just turn to the side so your forearm is lying parallel to the pad, and do them 1 arm at a time. You can sit at a slight angle to make it very comfortable to minimize the strain on the shoulder joint even more.
Did more for my front delts than overhead press and incline press.
