The best Major to become a Billionaire nowadays probably is...

It's very effective for what it is.

Combine it with finasteride (or related drugs) and minoxidil and you've got a potent combination. Then add micro-needling and tretinoin on top of that and you will multiply the effect of minoxidil multiple times.

Also in regards to this, there has been a few drugs that would cure MPB that didn't get released on the market, primarily because the patent had run out, so there's multiple cures around that never got to make billions.

Surgeons are in the top 5, other specialities are not. And it makes sense, cutting another person is reported to be a very upsetting act for ordinary people, even tho it's in a controlled environment and done for the bettering of the patient.

There are many many many better ways to get money and prestige than becoming a doctor, so any sociopath that chooses medicine for this is an idiot too.
List some of the better ways ( except for becoming an " entrepreneur")

Could be different in Europe but in the USA medicine is very well payed. Also if you get the degree and don't fuck up (once your in its hard to get out usually) its one of the most straight forward ways to become a millionaire.

Vs an engineer it takes less time maybe 6 years but the thing is if you aren't a good engineer your salary will suck. As long as you aren't horrible at your job most doctors make a lot of money in the states. CS engineer and to an extent finance jobs all depend on how good you are whereas medicine is an accreditation field rather then being skilled

My point is on paper its more straight forward if you work hard and jump through the right hoops whereas with a lot of STEM it boils down to how good you are no college can ensure a job.

Let's start these potential alternative routes as having put in as much time and investment as a doctor. That means living like a student for at least 8 years after starting uni, living as below middle class in the 8-12 year specilisation period and putting in the same amount of work in school and then the 80-100 hour weekly work weeks in the 8-12 year after uni period.

The most obvious is sales, if you have the charisma and intelligence and willingness to put in above amount of work you can easily make as much as a doctor. There's some very well paid straight path uni sales degrees that pay more than a specialised doctor right out of uni here in Denmark, one example being "international business", it is however more competitive than medicine to get into.

But there's many different sales jobs, for some you don't even have to go to uni, (you have to keep in mind that while a doctor is investing time into his education everyone else can earn money and invest it, compound interest is extremely powerful.)
Even if your have a glass ceiling cap from not going to uni, you have 8 years to move up in the job ladder and earn money and then investing that money, and if you're living like a student that's a lot of money to invest.

Up next there's almost any kind of engineer, according to some studies doctors only catch up to engineers in net worth by ~60 years old. Here in Denmark you can get a 4 year "proffesionsbachelor" and earn ~70% of what doctors do right out of uni, and they can keep getting specialisations to move in salary. And again, assuming 80-100 hour work weeks for AT LEAST 4 years you'll get a lot of money to invest, and then compound interest does the rest.

If you don't have the grades you can become an air traffic controller, they make a shit ton for what little education they have. Again compound interest.

Then there's of course becoming a manager, there's some pretty direct pathways to do that, and they have both the status and money of a doctor.

And yeah, engineer perhaps doesn't have the same status to normies, but any you'd want to impress will know that it isn't an easy job.

Billionaire is a too unrealistic goal. Just upper middle class is good enough
