The best natural hair product to keep hair in place?

I need a product that keeps a medium-strong hold on the hair without it being too noticeable.

I have tried multiple clays but for as long as I can remember my hair defaults to this Slavic gopnik-tier style when I FACE the wind.

I don't want gels or creams that look greasy. Ideally I want recommended a very strong clay or paste that can hold hair together for 6+ hrs but looks completely natural.
