There are not just that many mulattos with blue eyes, 99% inherit the black features, and none of the white ones. Then there are guys like Wentworth Miller, who you couldn't even tell are mulattos.

That's because the few who exist are carried by their phenotype and generally look good. Even guys like Jesse Williams who have average bone structure.

Idk, maybe it's just so rare and exotic look, it strikes people as good looking, but imo I don't see much special in that guy. Looks like a ordinary fellow you could see passing you in the street.
