5g olive oil in a bowl add ur seasonings wtv get dirty with ur hands

Drop it into a bowl 30g cheese with some lettuce (preference) and i then add on my sauce of greek yoghurt and garlic sauce which tastes like garlic sauce with 60% less calories salf made
