300g Chicken breast (raw weight)
5g olive oil in a bowl add ur seasonings wtv get dirty with ur hands
Heat up the pan throw the chicken in
When it is cooked

Drop it into a bowl 30g cheese with some lettuce (preference) and i then add on my sauce of greek yoghurt and garlic sauce which tastes like garlic sauce with 60% less calories salf made:feelsez:

Just do some research, bro. Eating carbs an hour beforehand wont give u energy. This is a physiological process that takes hours.

Fast digesting carbs u retard it soesnt take hours to get the energy from it:lul:
 
comebine with some healthy carbs like fruit,

Banana(potassium) or honey(antioxidants)

to keep your energy levels in check,

only protein cucks your bloodsugar
