300g Chicken breast (raw weight)
5g olive oil in a bowl add ur seasonings wtv get dirty with ur hands
Heat up the pan throw the chicken in
When it is cooked

Drop it into a bowl 30g cheese with some lettuce (preference) and i then add on my sauce of greek yoghurt and garlic sauce which tastes like garlic sauce with 60% less calories salf made:feelsez:

Low carbs due to me keeping my carbs pre workout
