The best way to become NT (At least worked for me)

The best way to become NT and ascend your sociability is to start small and step by step
1.Make 1-2 close friends who already have an established friend group and through them gradually join the friend group
2.Choose someone from the friend group who u fw and get close to them
3.Then through them build roots in multiple friend groups doesnt have to be elaborate js be there and talk a bit
4.See what works see what doesnt and then double down on what does and use pattern recognition
5.Atp u should have gotten enough exposure therapy to be Low inhib and boom ur NT

This is just what worked for me its not universal but it should be effective for most ppl

good but ive already failed the first step as i only have 1 friend and he is more autistic than me
