One of the reasons you don’t like your face is that you get used to the good parts of it, and the bad parts start to stand out more.

From my own experience, and from what I’ve seen with a lot of gymcels, the way to counter this “adaptation effect” to your positive traits isn’t to constantly look at them.

For example, gymcels use pump covers they hide their muscles during a pump so they don’t get used to a bigger version of their body and then feel depressed when they’re not pumped.

Now for your face:
Let your beard grow
. Get as lean as possible, basically looksmax, but only shave your beard when you start to feel uncomfortable, When you finally shave and see your face again, you’ll feel way better and more confident, because the bones are shown and your face shows its best side Then you let your beard grow again.
Only shave your beard to check your bone structure and face when you have important moments, like a date with a foid, or when you feel your self-confidence dropping hard again.

Of course, this only works if you actually have at least some decent facial bone structure, meaning features that are hidden by the beard and would make you look better clean-shaven.

If you can’t grow a beard, you’re probably still a kid and your bones aren’t fully developed yet, so don’t stress about your face too early.
