They're correlated but there's no perfect overlap & it doesn't work both ways. Some guys have high total testosterone & lower grips & vice-versa. There's even a study that showed it's not as straightforward as this. For example, one old dude sampled had 1,600 ng/dl & his grip was weaker than a young guy with under 700. Testosterone may be likely to make one's grip stronger, specifically if it's already weak to begin with... But that doesn't mean having a strong grip means high testosterone/the other way around necessarily. In other words or TL;DR -- having a stronger grip does not simply mean you have higher testosterone.
