Feminists can build cross-border alliances precisely because they question the military state, the border, and the patriarchal family. But a men’s politics rooted in defending national sovereignty and traditional roles will always be drafted into state rivalry. You cannot build a global movement of men when your core ideology defines manhood as the willingness to defend your nation’s soil and honor against the very men you would need to ally with.
