I WAS OBESE, I SLEPT 4-5 HOURS A DAY, PLAYED VIDEO GAMES 5-6 HOURS PER DAY WHILE BEING BASICALLY FULL ON LOOKSMINED 2.5PSL SUBHUMAN ABOMINATION



This is me now, I wouldn't say I'm happier at all but atleast I can look in the mirror

STATS:
Height: 207-208cm
Weight: 87-88.5kg
LTR: 4
PSL: 4.5-5

I know people will ask me this, no I didn't do any surgery.

THINGS I DID:
-Lost weight
-Slept 8-9 hours per day
-Drank 3-5L of water per day
-Minox for eyebrows and retinol for skin
-Mewing 24/7 (I don't know if it works)
-Avoiding sun and wearing sunscreen
-Cut down on sugar and ate more protein and vegetables
