Everytime I go there, I love it.
My parents are planning to move into a village I think tbh.
There's more space, more greenery, larger homes and a nicer community.
I remember when I was doing DofE, a man was picking apples from his tree and offered them to us like in the movies. This would NEVER happen in places like London. People were going out of their ways to help us navigate through fields, roads and even let us refill our water bottles.
Everyone knows each other and they are just much happier living there compared to the urban hell where I currently live.
BUT, as most of the UK I think it's only good for those who have retired or are rich.
