You can cope by saying BDD is a myth and that you are not mentally ill but this is just a cope to make yourself feel like you are alright mentally and that there is something wrong with you but this is just a COPE

2. Grinding and betabuxxing for the rest of your life (or until you decide to give up on maintaining your relationship(s)).
