I was looking for a thread on this and never found one so I decided to make 1 myself.
The thread will contain 4 parts:

Once you know ur FWTH you should OBV consider correcting it wich takes us to the next part...
If your considering correcting ur FWTH consider going with the plan/combinations I just gave you as it's the best ROI and the best solution to suboptimal FWTH.
BEFORE you get it, you should know exactly all ratios on your face and all ratios that are going to get changed, you have to make a good surgery plan and consult with ur surgeon about EVERYTHING, if you have any questions please ask AND DONT GET BOTCHED

- Knowing You're Total FWTH Ratio

If ur not a gray you know that every ratio matters.
But if you deny it just take a look at Henry Cavill who is considered a ''Chad''.
He looks MUCH better with a single ratio change.

As you will look like a BLOATED pig when not comepletely debloated.

So how do we fix this?

In short it they shave ur zygos off to make ur BZW (bizygomatic width) NARROWER.
Ideal bizygomatic to bigonial width is 1.35 so you should consider OTHER ratios before doing procedures.
(try to match ur bizygomatic to bigonial width as close to 1.35 as possible without damaging total FWTH, if gonions are inverted consider implants as well).
It costs: €3,000–€5,000 (in Turkey, where I recommend doing it).

But if it isn't this is really good ROI, as it fixes ur total FWTH and also chin to philtrum

This is really good especially if your recessed, as it will fix 2 flaws at the same time
Why lefort?
Lefort will make your midface shorter with pulling your maxilla FORWARD and UPWARD.
It costs: €3,500–€7,000 (Turkey).
(both are better when corrected).
So how do we correct it?
