The day I realised I’m not scared of death

Tbh I always thought I was like most other ppl who say this but within the face of it would have their instinct kick in to remain alive

But recently they tested bombing alarms here in Germany at least in my town because of this whole Russia thing

It was like 6 or 7 pm I was in bed and I had no idea it was a test

I remember hearing those bombing warning alarms while laying down and did nothing I just stayed there

I thought it wasn’t worth even worrying about

I carry this numbness throughout most of life tbh and if it was a real bombing I’d likely be dead

It’s like there’s no life left in me I have had sleep paralysis for the first time and had no emotion or reaction

I found out months later what seeing a bunch of 8ft tall black monsters while not being able to move was and when it happened I hardly cared just went back to sleep

It wasn’t a dream since this Christmas I heard my family talk about those warnings then I remembered what I did in the day

I’d say it was like 2 weeks ago but back then I gave so little shits I didn’t even care to remember just now I recall because I heard someone mention it

I literally just stayed there with my eyes closed and not even in á waiting to die kinda way just a numb idc kinda way like when u hear something fall on the ground and ur too tired to pick it up but with potential bombings

Most ppl have survival instincts but the more time goes by the more numb I become

It’s like life has nothing more to offer me no matter how good things are I just see everything as pointless

I could have everything I wanted and it wouldn’t go away innit

What were the monsters looking like
Just pitch black tall things?

I’ve had it multiple times afterwards tho now I care even less since I know what it is

It usually lasts roughly a minute where u can only move ur eyes and ur body is paralysed usually ur brain will generate some weird monsters since ur in a state of dreaming and awake

Apparently the body paralyses every time we sleep so we don’t move around while we dream or else we’d fall off bed every time

This happens usually when ur sleep schedule sucks
