yeah lad culture in terms of groups of young men trying to NTmog eachother and put eachother down I don't like, I went to a rugby social in my 2nd year of uni and it was was one of the most brutal and unpleasant environments I've been in, the "dark triad psychopath" zoomers on this forum wouldn't have made it out alive

this thread was more about just the "misogynistic" humour being mainstream and it being probably the last non-politically correct aspect of UK culture

You can talk to random guys to warm up and not feel like an aspie standing in corner but the chances of finding a guy who will be willing to hang with you and not just try roast you in front of his mates is probably low so keep it moving and bounce onto someone else within a few minutes. If you feel warmed up then you just try approaching foids. No matter what shit they say do not show any shame for being solo. Have the nothing to lose mindset

when Ive done this in the past I normally give myself a target number of approaches

this helps protect my ego a bit and also motivates me to actually do approach.

Basically I say to myself approach 5 girls- if they all reject you then go home.

Target approaches are ideal
I wouldn't have the mindset of giving up at 5 tho
I'd have a target of the first 5 in x amount of time then the next 5 in x amount of time
