The ideal curve is upwards. The ideal angle I think it would be "slightly" upwards but as long as it's not extreme I think you are a good.

If you dick has an upwards curve than it shouldn't "level off". I think you are talking about the curve of the base, and not of the body of the dick. My base it is also curved upwards but the rest of my dick curves downwards. The tip of your dick should be at the highest point.

Horizontal curves aren't really important as long as they aren't too pronounced.

Yes. Assuming a straight dick is 90° I think anything over 150° it's too much. And it's not only about how much it bends but how it bends. It can be weird if your dick is straight but suddenly bends 40° upwards like a peryone disease dick

In my personal experience, founded upon no studies, I have found that my erect Johnson leans slightly to one side but it is completely symmetrical when I flex my pelvic floor muscle. Thus, I am lead to believe that strengthening the pelvic floor muscle may attribute to a more horizontally symmetrical Johnson. Look up strengthening pelvic floor muscles / kegels. Now, if you're talking about like a curve within the actual Johnson itself you're probably fucked.
