Bodyweight exercises build strength, but you will never get jacked or ripped just by doing calisthenics.

The goal of working out is to look impressive in a t-shirt. If people can’t tell that you “lift” just by looking at you walking down the street, you aren’t there yet. The thing with calisthenics is, you will never get there. Your bodyweight is simply not heavy enough to build muscle up to the size at which you look “jacked.”

And don’t be like “muh, women prefer ottermode bodies, ripped and roided is unattractive.” That’s nothing but pure copery.

Go to the gym, lift heavy weights, and take steroids.

weighted chin ups and dips can develop a decent upper body but u will never have good legs unless u actually train them.

Calisthenics is for poor people who can't afford gym membership

I would argue that weights mog calisthenics big time in terms of strength.. unless you are doing gymnastic routines. You can build a VERY strong upper body like that, but not lower.

Both can build good physiques, because building muscle is just: going close to failure (intensity) for adequate sets (volume), eat enough, and sleep enough.

Calisthenics is good for maintaining good posture which is underrated. Most people will get shitty posture from gymcelling for size.

calisthenics fixed my posture tbh

but after a certain point the muscle gain reaches diminishing returns, where gym doesn't

Wrong, the goal of working out is to win arm wrestling duels against unwary Chads during parties and make them feel miserable for a few seconds in their life.

To be fair gymnasts only do calisthenics and they are incredibly jacked.
The progression is ultra hard tho.

they have child like frames to fill though, a few plates and different techniques can raise difficulty though

Women do prefer natural-looking, harmonious and aesthetic bodies though.
Roidbeasts still beat skinnyfat fags, but nothing mogs bodies like swimmers/fighters/calisthenics as far as attraction goes.

Most prime girls prefer a lean, slightly-trained body or don't even care much about it at all. If any, it's mostly the 21+ foids that like big muscles. Calisthenics mogs if you are still young, also more fun to train outside with bros tbh
