I’m turning 19 next month and I’ve noticed a few changes lately. My skin is still pretty bad, but it’s improved a bit, probably because my hormones are settling down.
I’ve also gotten taller recently and ended up surpassing a friend who was always around my height. My frame seems noticeably bigger too. I’m around 185–186 cm now and don’t even work out.
Facially, I don’t think puberty is doing much anymore. Most of the changes I’ve noticed are probably from orthodontic treatment rather than puberty itself.
What makes me wonder, though, is that I’ve also noticed more muscle development lately despite being mostly sedentary. Do you think it’s still possible to grow a bit more until 21, or am I probably near the end of my growth?
