You should get banned.

What did I say that is untrue?

Untruth isn’t the reason I want you banned. It’s your mindset and vibe and how you influence PSL culture. I only want the most extreme defeatist incels in this community.

Thank you, OP. You're the GOAT. This thread is lifefuel for my borderline horse-tier midface ratio. This + @RealSurgerymax 's implants will bring me close to a perfect 1:1 ratio.

Good thread, but if you don't trim that area a bit after a lefort, you will end up like this

@thecel I found a better example of what happens if the surgeon doesn't shave the ans a bit after a lefort

Not a deal breaker to me personally. I think she's still pretty.

It moves the ANS forward with the rest of the lower maxilla, but I think it doesn’t affect its projection relative to the philtrum.

In some Le Fort 1 results I looked at on Google Images, the “after”s have flatter (less concave) philtrums than the “before”s. Over
you're right. the only good bimax results in nose aesthetics are patients with retroclined teeth + ANS longer than incissors. When maxilla gets downgrafted and moved forward, the upper incissors will become straight, and the ANS will match it's horizontal lenght now. straight incissors + ANS the same lenght is model trait. Protruding ANS in relation to straight incissors and good oclussion/ non recession looks amazing too. A subhumanly flat ANS + overly outwardly flared incissors + big nose is the worst and is a deathnic trait, your side profile will lose height in the chin/mouth/nose region and will always look stunted and compressed. RR has an amazing one for an ethnic
