Another thread about isolating a random feature
Also it's not "recessed" if your phenotype isn't meant to have it. Can we stop using this stupid word?

Do you know how to fix ithow to fix
you're right. the only good bimax results in nose aesthetics are patients with retroclined teeth + ANS longer than incissors. When maxilla gets downgrafted and moved forward, the upper incissors will become straight, and the ANS will match it's horizontal lenght now. straight incissors + ANS the same lenght is model trait. Protruding ANS in relation to straight incissors and good oclussion/ non recession looks amazing too. A subhumanly flat ANS + overly outwardly flared incissors + big nose is the worst and is a deathnic trait, your side profile will lose height in the chin/mouth/nose region and will always look stunted and compressed. RR has an amazing one for an ethnicIt moves the ANS forward with the rest of the lower maxilla, but I think it doesn’t affect its projection relative to the philtrum.
In some Le Fort 1 results I looked at on Google Images, the “after”s have flatter (less concave) philtrums than the “before”s. Over
