My issue that I have is that I get muscle soreness very easily and lots of doms (delayed on sore muscle soreness)

I'm not sounding like a pussy but that shit hurts tremendously I've lost a 1000 calories on the cross trainer very easily it's when combined with anything else it hurts like hell

exercise isn't a good tool to lose weight, ideally you just want to cut your calories and not strain yourself needlessly.

Right know my breakfast is eggs and 1 toast 1 gronola with yogurt and rasped berries.

My lunch is rice and eggs stir fried.

And my dinner is rice with high amounts of veggies.

I don't know if I'm over consuming as I'm in cutting currently and not bulking

eating less is much easier than running for an hour.

you can however use exercise to control weight once you're at maintenance, but exercising on a cut is generally miserable.

I don't have time I work 10 hours a day and it's mainly sitting down mainly or standing not full scale walking hence why I do HHIT I'm shit but it burns a fuck tonne I wanna get to the point where I cab burn easily 1000 calories easily.

I go to the gym every fucking day for an hour and a half it's unfortante I started with 40 fucking percent body fat so it's taking longer I'm just speeding this shit up by a fuck tonne

I eat 2 eggs and a toast In the morning stir fried rice and eggs for lunch and for dinner rice with vegetables

PSMF is the fastest way to lose fat while minimizing the loss of lean tissue. Professional bodybuilders have done it for ages. Kevin Levrone for instance would eat nothing but tilapia preparing for a contest.
