implants are almost never as good as osteotomies. I will get a genioplasty personally. for general jaw width you kind of have to go with implants

Cap. Look in to recent threads. Rotation at the angle of the Ramus can provide noticeable gain in bigonial width. Limitation of about 4-5 degrees torque of rotation but when adjusting for Bimaxillary rotation and advancement, you could get a good amount of width added (that is assuming you are talking about Bigonial width alone and not mid mandible).
