@aids is grape seed extract an effective natural aramoase inhibitor?
Maybe, but the issue is, even a mild dose of AI may not lower E2 notably, because the decrease in the negative feedback signalling of the body from otherwise high(er) E2 is going to yield higher testosterone production, which will convert to oestradiol anyway.
So if it is something natural like grape seed extract, and it doesn't lower E2 that significantly (which I doubt it does), then it might not address your concern anyway.
Either way, why not just use an actual aromatase inhibitor?

@urban legend just made a ton of Q&A threads for anybody that gave permission, but most are in off topic and mine is here, so it gained some traction I guess.

Cosmetic Surgery subforum
I will go to Ramieri for my Bimax/jaw angles, maybe Celal or a local Australian surgeon for rhino, and I'm still yet to figure out where for my supras/infras.
I will probably use Giant to design my implants but frankly, I'm scared of getting involved surgery done in Turkey regardless of how good the surgeons might be, and I have the money to go to Rome anyway.
I also like that Ramieri is notoriously conservative, so if he thinks I am a candidate for Bimax (I'm not recessed at all but one can dream), then I trust he'll help me get good, natural results.
Mirin
Assuming ur still in college, if you don't mind me asking, how are you going to afford all of these cosmetic procedures?

Hahaha cunt I need to do this so bad.
Shame that there's no telehealth for psychiatrists where I can book in the next day to get a diagnosis.
I know a platform to get a medication assessment, but you need a diagnosis first, and it's $800 take away a ~$250 Medicare rebate, BUT you can see the Paediatrician like the next day.

There's a lot of Indian people, yes.
I don't have an issue with people of different ethnicities. My problem arises with people that abuse the lax immigration laws we have, and those that don't assimilate into Australian culture.
Majority of my friends from university are ethnic.

How much are the IRL plugs?
It's like $700 for a bottle on DNMs.

I do not condone the purchase nor sale of any medication unless through the legal channels under the supervision of a medical professional.

@aids You're a pretty unique user in here and I believe people either get offended by or learn to love your replies. :smonk:

So here's a few questions:

When you got into the space, what's something (or multiple things) you believed that a lot of people still believe but you now know is completely wrong?

If you were to start everything over with the current knowledge, what would you do in the first month?

Lastly, how does your typical day look like and how would it look like without uni?

The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is the stigma/s with particular drugs. A lot of people argue the naturalistic fallacy when it comes to stuff like gear. Initially, I never really had it in my mind to take steroids, but I was obviously concerned about what would happen to my skin, hair, etc., when I did start. In reality, nothing really changed except I packed on size quicker. I don't think there was a huge change to my mental. Maybe I am more aggressive now, looking back at my responses on the forum before and now, but that's about it.
I was always pretty sceptical of everything coming into the forum, so I never really believed shit like steroids, HGH, or peptides growing your bones, which I know a lot of people love to tell themselves.

If you were to start everything over with the current knowledge, what would you do in the first month?
Order all of my pharmaceuticals & peptides, do everything that I could naturally, wait for my shit to arrive, then hop on immediately.
Book Fraxel, then microneedling for my residual rolling scars after I recover, staying on isotretinoin the whole time.
I would basically just do what I did otherwise but condensed into the one month. I don't regret anything I tried that might not've worked in the past and I'd still order it again assuming I forgot the memory that said thing didn't work.

Lastly, how does your typical day look like and how would it look like without uni?
Wake up around 7-8AM.
Do eight to ten eggs and three or four cans of tuna.
Do my own work/study.
Have dinner.
Go to the gym.
Sleep around 11-12.
And I will see my girlfriend 2-4 times a week, sometimes I will sleep at her place.
Realistically, none of my days are that scheduled right now, so it's hard to give you a defined answer. Most of the time, nowadays, I'm just running errands.
For example, yesterday, I woke up, food, menial errands, then packed and moved more stuff from my bedroom into a storage unit since I want to move out in early-to-mid 2026 to a nice apartment in the heart of Melbourne.

And how tf do I get my eyebrow more near to my eye or wtv u call it
Botox into your elevator muscles around your eyebrows.
I have a thread theorising about it and how to give yourself positively-tilted eyebrows from botox.
Very rudimentary but you can get the gist.

Aromatase inhibitors are like 20 bucks from Chinese UGL.
Probably even cheaper from Indian pharma.
You're looking in the wrong places.

WHAAT, but Androgenic told me 25mg MK-677 will grow your bones. He's more famous than u, therefore more credible, even though he didn't back any of his claims up with studies.

Yeah I feel this, especially the stigma part. Regarding your responses, when is this aids coming back, or was he with us all along?

Pretty straightforward, what's the purpose of Fraxel in your case? Scars?

Nice, I've always felt like a few habits can keep the whole thing together and it seems like you have some that keep things together even though it's not 'scheduled'. :smonk:
