I was about 13 or 14 years old. My bestfriend and I had been suspended from school for fighting each other. We frequently did this, so we'd have an excuse for our parents not to go to school. So, we are travelling on a TFL bus (If you're from england, you know what a tfl bus is) and we are heading to our block to gangbang. Some little 5ft1 white kid got on the bus, I was about 5ft11/6ft at the time. This little white kid was friends with my bestfriend, but I didn't know him. This little kid pulls out his brand new iPhone and starts watching porn on the bus. Him and my friend are laughing about it. In the meantime, I'm having devilish thoughts. Thinking about robbing his iPhone (Thinking this was a big mistake. Never rob someone that you have mutual friends with). Anyway, this little kid gets off the bus and I follow him. My friend stays on the bus because his house is a couple stops away and wants to change out of his school clothes before coming out to chill.
So this kid turns into some residential street. I decided this would be a great time to pounce. There is only one random guy on a bicycle across the street so who gives a shit? (Another big mistake never attempt to rob someone when there are spectators) So I pull out my knife and say to the kid "Yoo g, give me your phone or I'll poke you up". I hadn't even laid hands on this kid yet, but he starts screaming and running away. I catch up to him and kick his legs and he trips, the guy that was on the bicycle starts running over and shouting "OII GET OFF HIM!!" and people on this residential street start opening their doors because they hear all the commotion. So I just aborted the mission and ran away before things got even more hectic.
So I ran away and my dumbass got on a TFL bus literally two minutes from the crime scene and I used my Oyster card to get on this bus which was linked to my ID.
Obviously, a couple of months down the line, I got arrested for this. But fortunately, got let off with a caution as it was my first offence.
So what should you takeaway from my story?
1. Never rob a friend of a friend
2. If you rob someone, walk them into an alleyway or block them in somewhere so they cannot run away
3. Do not tap into a TFL bus with something ID related. (Use cash only)
