Epitalon3

What if I told you that there was a magical compound that not only could quite literally extend your life by a significant amount, but also come with a ton of other benefits desired by all people trying to defy the agepill and embrace youthfulness as much as humanly possible?

Well, there was only one lie in the above sentence - the fact that I called it magical. In reality, it is no magic at all! It is but a simple, yet heavily overlooked peptide that can be easily sourced - and just as easily used.

Mechanism of Action

Epitalon enhances telomerase activity, which protects telomeres from shortening during cell division(1). What are telomeres? Best said by @AstroSky, they are like those plastic shoelace tips that keep those shoelaces (in this case, your chromosome endings), from dilapidating.
Additionally, it
stimulates neurogenic gene expression
(2),

reduces intracellular reactive oxygen species and enhances mitochondrial function(3), promotes continued cell division(4)(1), stimulates melatonin synthesis and modulates STAT1 phosphorylation(1).

Benefits

If you could not tell by the previous section - this compound does a lot. In simple terms, it delays cellular aging by up to 25%(1); promotes neuronal differentiation up to 2.1x(1); In clinical trials with mice, it increased maximum lifespan by 12.3%+(5); provides antioxidant and mitochondrial protection, studies showed 86% and 1.5x improvements respectively(6)(3); delays age-related dysfunction (restored IDE/NEP mRNA synthesis under hypoxia to 100%)(4)(1).

Risks & Safety Information

Injection site reactions(3) are pretty much the only adverse side effects, but that is the same with anything you inject. No chronic toxicity has been found in long-term administration in mice (6.5 months), with no mortality or weight changes(5)(6).
I’ve heard some people ask about epitalon’s potential cancer risks, so here is my answer:
Paradoxically,
while epitalon enhances telomerase activity, peer-reviewed studies demonstrate reduced tumor incidence. No evidence of carcinogenic promotion exists to this day(5)(6). But this still goes without saying - do not take it if you have any malignant tumors, however that applies to like any compound you will find info about on this forum, or anywhere else.

Cycling

Unlike many other compounds, epitalon only has to be administered in relatively short cycles, and only two times per year.
The most optimal dosing is
10mg/day for a 10-day cycle every 6 months.
Simple as that. From all the studies I’ve read, this will yield the most optimal results.

Administration & Storage

Just like with any other peptides, you will need Bacteriostatic water & 1cc Insulin syringes. It’s very simple: assuming the vials are 10mg each, reconstitute the powder with 1ml BAC water for 10mg/ml concentration. Draw 1ml of the solution & inject subcutaneously into any of the following areas:

Suq1

In powder form, just like any other peptide, epitalon can be stored in dry, cool conditions for a long period of time. After reconstituting, must be stored in the fridge.

Costs

IMG 2703

Online, most epitalon sources I’ve found dose it at 10mg/vial. The costs per vial of epitalon range from $15 to $25, setting you back $150-$250 per cycle. Of course, Chinese sources are cheaper, and EU/elsewhere usually charge more. However, some sources sell it in kits (essentially in bulk), cutting some costs by a decent margin.

IMG 2715

BAC water is usually dosed at 10ml/vial minimum, so you can buy one vial and be good to go for the entire cycle. Most expensive BAC water at 10ml/vial Ive found costs just over $10.

IMG 2708

Insulin pins are pretty cheap too ($10-$20), and come in packs of 100 (water, but has to be said).

Total cost range per cycle: $170 to $280 on the absolute highest end,
but I doubt you will even come across any sources charging that much.

Conclusion

Everyone should be on epitalon
past the age of 20. The absurd amount of benefits outweigh the (barely-existent) side effects to the slums of New Delhi. It is criminally overlooked, even on this forum, surprisingly, and is a great addition to anyones ant-aging protocols.

However, there are a number of other peptides, that can also be implemented into your longevity/anti-agepill stack, which I may talk about later on!

BAC water is usually dosed at 10ml/vial minimum, so you can buy one vial and be good to go for the entire cycle. Most expensive BAC water at 10ml/vial Ive found costs just over $10.

View attachment 3743339

View attachment 3743368

Online, most epitalon sources I’ve found dose it at 10mg/vial. The costs per vial of epitalon range from $15 to $25, setting you back $150-$250 per cycle. Of course, Chinese sources are cheaper, and EU/elsewhere usually charge more. However, some sources sell it in kits (essentially in bulk), cutting some costs by a decent margin.

i mean the figures speak for themselves. in theory, ceteris paribus, one would live to ~88 normally, and to 100-something on it, for example. other benefits are cool too; my main point was that it is literally too good not to be used.
