It came on every Saturday night. Nine pictures of nine people. Ten garbage cans. Ten unknown people inside them. They would talk to one another. The cans are switched around. The viewers match the pictures to the cans (many gambled in bars and at private gatherings).
It was a stupid show, but quite popular because one of the cans had a celebrity.
