This thread is going to be relatively short. I will be discussing certain sides of test and what people use to combat them. They may not be the best options, however they are generally accepted in bodybuilding communities.

Acne - Many people use isotretinoin (accutane), however, most people like to use tretinoin or anti dht items to maintain their current skin.

Hair loss - Most people don’t have to do anything. Hair loss only affects 1 in 4 men with androgen receptors in their hair. However, those who are worried usually use anti androgens or something like finasteride or dutasteride. People typically prefer finasteride over dutasteride due to the fact that it’s more widely available and thought of as safer. Anti androgens are usually prefered for those developing or young. (Testosterone shouldn’t even be used during growth in my opinion).

Bloat - Some people use diuretics, however, usually it’s not too bad so bloat is ignored on cycle.

Gyno/High E2 - Aromatase inhibitors such as anastrazole are usually used.

Loss of fertility - HCG on cycle 2x weekly, PCT

Loss of gains - Either pct is used (gains are lost) or cruise after blast
