Has enough potassium and magnesium to keep you debloated facially. (just don’t season it with salt)

It’s a carb so gonna be stored as glycogen in your muscles so you don’t look DYEL and flat.

Satiating so you aren’t constantly hungry like with most carbs.

Definitely have noticed my muscles fuller and face bloat lower after eating potatoes everyday.

i’m also on test now which work well with carbs.

Kinoa, Sweet Patato, Oats, Patato and Fruits is most nutrient dense carbs but if your goal is gain weight eat Rice, pasta

Potatoes are great to have with chicken, beef, etc for a cutting meal. Really easy to make in the microwave, just poke holes in it and microwave for 5-8 minutes

i started spamming potatoes ngl and it increased my muscular fullness, i add a pinch of sea salt tho to further increase vascularity

gonna start low trt dose but im running for 16 weeks anyways
You can start Test and Duta at the same time, will not make a difference. 2.5mg also mogs 0.5mg since there is only a 4% change between them in serum DHT levels, but scalp DHT suppression goes from 50% @ 0.5mg to 80% @ 2.5mg.

5x the dose doesn’t mean 5x the sides (if any sides)

I do have 0.5 mg rn unfortunately, so your saying i should watch how much i blast with 0.5mg ? Should i let it saturate then or just with a lower dose in the beginning then slowly bump up the test?

No, even 0.5mg is fine, but if you are on duta there is no reason not do blast 2.5mg if you are able to (since same side effects and more scalp suppression according to studies). 0.5mg will work just fine, there is only so much of the enzyme that converts Test to DHT, and 0.5mg duta will take care of that.

No don’t ramp dose up or down, stay at constant dosage.

Constantly changing dose will cause constant hormonal changes which will lead to TE hairloss.

Keep my updated on your cycle. Run 20 mg Telmisartan daily for BP sides. Also use RU58841 as well

Will do , i have aromasin also and will get ru soon , i have enclo for pct but i shouldn’t start that until after my cruise correct? i never ran a proper cycle before so thats why im asking rn before i start
