This is everything that you can do during development age to maximise your height fully. (please reply to add info to the guide)
Section 1: steroids, peptides:
1. MK-677 (Ibutamoren)
I think I don't really have to mention it
Just take 10-25mg daily and you will see some height growth
Oral GH secretagogue that boosts IGF-1 and GH levels.
Only works if your growth plates are still open.
If they’re fused, you’re done.
Side effects: water retention, insulin resistance, hunger.
Still the best option for heightmaxxing without injections.
2. HGH (Somatropin)
Used for GH deficiency and idiopathic short stature.
Injectable. Expensive.
increases igf1 and gh levels
better sleep quality, bone density and enhanced muscle growth.
Only use this in later puberty stages, and
if your really mf short.
Can accelerate bone age if misused.
If you’re not clinically short or rich, forget it.
3. Aromatase Inhibitors + GnRH Antagonists
Used to delay puberty and extend growth window.
Only works if you start early.
Can mess with hormones, fertility, and development.
Blocks estrogen and suppresses LH/FSH to slow bone age and keep growth plates open longer.
Letrozole, Anastrozole, and Degarelix are commonly used.
Requires bloodwork and precise timing.
Can cause mood swings, low libido, and long-term endocrine issues if mismanaged.
Not for casual use
5. Steroids
For the gay NI🅱🅱AS that like to swallow, good for you.
Low-dose Oxandrolone has been used to increase growth
velocity without immediately fusing plates. But once puberty kicks in,
androgens like Testosterone start converting to estrogen, which speeds
up bone age and slams the plates shut.
If you blast steroids without timing or control, you’ll fuse early.
Section 2: supplements:
Supplements (Support Stack)
Not magic, but helps optimise growth environment.
Section 3: bonesmashing:
Bone smashing the heel involves striking the calcaneus (heel bone)
with a hard object to create localized trauma.
This trauma causes inflammation, swelling, and fluid retention in the surrounding tissue
, especially in the heel pad and fascia. The result is a temporary increase in standing height.
this "height increase" will probably be 1 inch or so and wont last that long.
Section 4
ther:
Boneage:
Bone age is the real limiter. You can be 15 chronologically but 18 skeletally.
Get a bone age scan (X-ray of left hand/wrist) to see if your growth plates are still open.
Track height monthly with a stadiometer, same time of day, barefoot.
sleep:
GH release peaks during deep sleep, especially between 10 PM–2 AM.
chintucks:
How to do chintucks:
Massai Jumping: Explosive vertical jumps with a straight spine and full ankle/knee extension.
strengthens postural muscles, and decompresses the spine through repeated axial loading and release.
Do this barefoot on grass or mat for max proprioception. 3–5 sets of 20 reps daily.
Spinal Decompression: Hang from a pull-up bar 2–3x/day for 30–60 seconds. Let your spine fully relax and elongate.
This stretches the intervertebral discs, improves posture, and can temporarily increase height by 0.5–1cm if done consistently.
Combine with deep breathing and scapular retraction.
Cervical Alignment: mewing, and neck stretches target the deep neck flexors and upper cervical spine.
This improves forward head posture, elevates the hyoid bone, and makes your profile look more upright and dominant.
Do 3 sets of 10 chin tucks, hold mewing all day, and stretch SCM + traps daily.
Posture Protocol: Fix anterior pelvic tilt and rounded shoulders with wall slides, glute bridges,
thoracic extensions, and scapular retraction drills. Poor posture compresses your frame and makes you look shorter.
Good posture opens up your chest, stacks your spine, and gives you max perceived height.
Footwear Maxxing: Train barefoot to strengthen foot arches, improve gait, and fix collapsed posture.
If you’re done growing, elevator shoes or insoles can give you 2–5cm instantly. Combine with posture work so it doesn’t look fake.

Supplements (Support Stack)
Not magic, but helps optimise growth environment.
- Vitamin D3: 5000 IU/day
- K2 MK-7: 200 mcg/day
- Zinc: 30–50 mg/day
- Magnesium: 400 mg/day
- Collagen: 10g/day
- Protein: 1.5–2g/kg bodyweight
- Sleep: 9+ hours/night
- Sprinting + resistance training → GH spikes

sleep:
GH release peaks during deep sleep, especially between 10 PM–2 AM.
- Go to bed same time daily
- No screens 1 hour before
- Magnesium + glycine + collagen pre-bed
- Sleep on firm mattress, thin pillow for spinal alignment
- Track with sleep app or wearable
chintucks:
How to do chintucks:
- Stand or sit straight.
- Look forward.
- Pull your chin straight back (not down) like you’re trying to give yourself a double chin.
- Hold for 5–10 seconds.
- Repeat for 3–5 sets of 10–15 reps, 2–3x/day.
- You should feel tension deep in your neck, not just surface muscles.
These won’t grow your bones, but they can give you 1–2cm of perceived height if done consistently.
Especially useful if you’re past puberty.
