This is my theory on the foods that all humans should consume, regardless of race, gender and genes.
Compulsory -
Optional (I don’t have a solid opinion on these foods yet) -
Now let’s look at foods you should absolutely never eat, because the list is almost infinite.
I can’t be bothered to go into details of each food. Thoughts?
Compulsory -
- Animal Products - Red meat, poultry (chicken meat and eggs), seafood (fish and oysters), organs (of a healthy animal), bone marrow, honey and lastly unpasteurised dairy (milk, kefir, yoghurt and cheeses).
- Salt - 1 tablespoon’s worth a day at the very least.
- Fruits - The only part of a plant/tree that you can and should eat.
Optional (I don’t have a solid opinion on these foods yet) -
- Blood
- Kumis
- Ayran
- Cocoa/Chocolate
- Coffee
- Maple Syrup
- Certain Spices (depending on the level of inflammation caused)
- Colostrum
Now let’s look at foods you should absolutely never eat, because the list is almost infinite.
- Leafy Green Vegetables - Kale, Spinach, etcetera.
- Broccoli (and Cauliflower)
- Root Vegetables
- Pulses
- Legumes
- Grains
- Seeds
- Seed Oils - both cold pressed and heated, due to the high omega 6 content.
- Insects and Bugs
- High Fructose Corn Syrup
- Sugarcane Products - Sugarcane juice, the cane itself, sugar, white sugar, brown sugar, jaggery, etcetera.
