Hello friends.
Some of you know I have made an impressive transformation. I hope it will give you strength in difficult times and it will motivate you.
Tbt 2017 /2018. I always felt I didn't fit the system. I refused to fit in the system. During my teens till 17 y/o, and the years before, I didn't follow my hearth, and was living like a sheep in the system.
After a very big burn out / depression in end 2017, it went completely wrong. I slept for 16 hours a day, I quitted school and didn't have any hope that it could come ok ever again. I was crying and sleeping the whole day, and that for almost one year.
After this year, I realized I have to change my life. To live more from my hearth, to become happy again, and for a healthy future. I found out what I wanted, and followed my hearth / passions. Worked on my mindset. Started living healthy, and found what I love to do in life. As the results came, I got addicted to self development.
Mental Health
This is the most important thing in life. Get help, go to a psychiatrist. Work on your mindset. Read books / quotes. Do what you really want in life, it will give you power. Take time to relax! This is very underrated nowadays. Good food, enough vitamines minerals will boost your mental health too.
Physiqal health
- Better physiqal health = better mental health. This belongs together. Go to the gym. Sweat. Or do other sports u like.
Passions
-Follow your passions! You have to find out what works Don't do what you really want. Time dedicated to something you don't want is useless. When you find your passions, it will give you so much positive energy.
As a result of following my hearth, now I have my own business that runs out of cash. All because of I love what I do.
Socialize
- People are social beings. A lack of social contacts is very toxic. Go to family. Learn how to be more social. Make new friends when you have learned that skills.
Mindset
-Always keep working on your mindset and fill your mind with positive energy. Keep reading. Keep talking with growth mindset people. When you have a breakdown, try to work on your mindset.
Always keep improving, and learn things.
For everything: keep improving , read stuff , talk with people about things. Look for a mentor. Don't run away for your problem. FACE THEM AND WORK FOR IT.
