Obviously, you can get skin gains from your typical softmaxxes and regular good skincare, but the big contributors to model tier skin throughout your life is LAYERING in-office skin treatments.

My plan moving forward (and what your plan should be):
First off, you're gonna want to stay away from most of the strong lasers unless you have SEVERE acne scarring or are old as shit (just trust me, stick with peels and whatnot)

Space these out about a month apart ->

1. Jessner chemical peel
- GOATED
- All of the outer layers of your skin come off in sheets and you have insanely smooth and clear skin after about a week

2. Reveskin enlighten peel
- Really good for making your skin much more even toned
- Recovery is about a week

3. Clear + Brilliant (low level laser)
- Good for boosting collagen and evening out skin tone
- Recovery is a few days, nobody even notices you had it done

4. BBL Hero
- Broadband light therapy that is GREAT at removing sun spots
- You end up with mega clear skin

5. Tixel
- Haven't tried this one yet, but Bryan Johnson (anti-aging weirdo, but smart) swears by it
- Recovery looks to be around 5 days

6. IPL Laser Beard Removal Sessions (super underrated imo)
- Haven't started this yet either, but most would agree that the 5-oclock shadow look is just disgusting
- Removes all laser beard hair over time
- Recovery is about 2 days
- Makes you look WAY younger throughout your life, combats agepill hard

Again, the key is not just doing one skin treatment, but layering many different treatment modalities to get the clearest, most youthful skin possible.

Just stay out of the sun/wear sunscreen throughout the process.

Good luck, and let me know what treatments you guys have done to improve your skin over the years 👍

accutane, GHK-Cu and sunscreen is all you need for good looking skin.
