When planning surgery you should have a unlimited budget in your head and really see what you actually need to get. Its often a lot more then you think.

The more you do surgeries the more adapted your body becomes so then its just to ride the wave . Save up over time and execute. The more you do the better allways

Keep on surgery maxxing guys, there are allways more flaws to solve either drom prev surgery or from the starting point. Surgery is a never ending marathon guys
