Yea surgery is so estremly limited, even the simples ones fails in aesthetic and much function too. Its risky and bad, good if you have 1 or 2 flaws and can put on huge money for certainity of the surgeon. Else its cope

Yes surgery should be approached as means of fixing failos rather than creating them , that's why i strongly oppose things like jaw implants

True to some extent, but there's always surgeries that you can never NOT benefit from. Like infra fat grafting and rhinoplasty (If you nose genuinely needs it)

Yeah true. Especially implants. They are hard to get right, I've seen how much headache it just causes for some people.
