THE LIMBAL RING GUIDE
This thread will consist of all the abouts of the limbal ring. How they're formed, how to get one, and more. Limbal rings are a key component of the eye area. Look at Sean O'Pry, Elias de Poot, or any other immensely good eye area. A pattern in each of these- besides the other factors- is their limbal ring. They all have a thick, dark, and striking limbal ring. If you want a good eye area, obtaining a limbal ring is a great way to ascend. I'm not adding sections since this is rather small.
WHY ARE LIMBAL RINGS ATTRACTIVE?
Limbal rings are perceived as attractive because of their strikingness and appearance of youth, health, and dominance. It provides an enhanced and striking eye area, necessary for a 1% top third. Limbal rings will be perceived as dominant and will make people ignore the other bad features of your eyes and even full face. They make you stand out from the rest, providing uniqueness and a difference that is extensively beneficial.
If you have a darker eye color, a limbal ring may not be as beneficial for one who has a lighter eye color. It won't make your eyes pop out as much as someone else, yet it's still beneficial. I would recommend softmaxxing a limbal ring for people with blue, amber, green, or any other light eye color immensely.
WHY DO SOME PEOPLE HAVE BETTER LIMBAL RINGS THAN OTHERS?
A strong part of having a limbal ring is genetics. Everyone is initially born with a limbal ring, but they slowly fade as you age. People that have a consistent limbal ring throughout their life obtain it due to genetics. Even if you currently have a limbal ring, it's not certain you will still have one once you're older. Limbal rings are very prominent in youth years, and slowly trickle away. Yet this isn't all cases, many can still have a limbal ring all of their life, but it's very rare. Think about it, when is the last time you saw a 45+ person with a prominent limbal ring. Probably never, and that's why it is necessary to maintain it with this guide. But just because genetics are such a strong factor, don't think it doesn't mean you can't obtain one - it's never over.
HOW TO GET/MAINTAIN A LIMBAL RING
1. Corneal Tissue Tightening/IVMED-80: An additional cause of limbal rings are tighter corneal tissues. Throughout years, these things slowly descend and don't remain in the state it once was with most people. These tissues are able to be tightened at all ages the same as it was in adolescence. So how do you do this? The main method to tightening your corneal tissues is through a process called Corneal Cross-Linking. This procedure does not have any risks and it strengthens the cornea. It is done by medical professionals but it can be done at home easily, it doesn't involve any medical tools. In this, you need to apply Riboflavin (vitaman b12) eyedrops or IVMED-80 eyedrops (IVMED-80 is most recommended). These can be bought online, they're not typically sold over the counter. IVMED-80 are designed to tighten the cornea at home without surgical procedure. The reason why we apply these eyedrops is because once applied, you absorb an increased amount of UV-A rays to your eyes. These UV-A rays are what tighten the corneal tissue by creating collagen bonds within. The tightened tissue is linked to the prominent limbal ring because of the change in structure and tension on the eyes. The pigment by the iris contrasts so much while applying the eyedrops, causing the limbal ring to become more prominent. UV-A rays are seen by us everyday from the sun, which contains around 95%~ of UV-A in their rays shot down to the earth. The normal human body usually can't absorb these to their fullest potential, but when taking the riboflavin eyedrops, the places open and are able to absorbed by the eyes. To get full absorption, spend multiple hours in sunlight. When doing whichever activity, make sure to face the sun, that's where most absorption will occur. Occasionally look at the sun for a few seconds, this will help with full absorption and will be most ideal without negative side effects if done in moderation. Remember the original procedure is always an option if you want to pay for it, but it is easier to do it from home, you'll just have to wait slightly longer for results. Going outside and exposing to UV-A light rays are not needed for IVMED-80, but can still have similar benefit at a reduced speed. do NOT spend time in the sun for limbal rings without the riboflavin eye drops, it will actually worsen your condition. Overall, choose IVMED-80 for fastest softmaxx results. Make sure to consume a diet rich in Vitamins A, C, E, and minerals like zinc, along with omega-3 fatty acids, these all support overall corneal health.
2. Eye Pigment Distribution: (these methods won't work if you have had severe abuse or damage to your eye pigment). A prime cause of limbal rings is eye pigment distribution. In youth, eye pigments are distributed evenly. As we age, they get more distorted and uneven. This can be reversed through laser treatments and other procedures, but there is an at home plan that can work perfectly. The primary softmaxx we can do for eye pigment distribution is to reduce intraocular pressure, or IOP. A way we can reduce IOP is through eye drops. Using prostaglandin analogs, beta-blockers, or miotics all work as an eye drop formula for an ideal limbal ring. I wouldn't recommend using both these and the IVMED-80 or B12 eyedrops.
3. Daily Lifestyle Changes: Changes in daily habits are needed to reduce IOP. You can do this through the basics- diet, sleep, and moderation. When exercising, do it moderately and don't overtrain. Consistently eat green vegetables. These are high in nitrates and antioxidants needed for pigment distribution to be ideal. When sleeping, sleep with your head upright 15-30 degrees elevated (this is probably most necessary). And obviously, limit estrogen causing factors like drinking, stress, and smoking.
4. Increase Eye Melanin: A strong limbal ring is additionally caused by a dense concentration of melanin pigment right where the cornea meets the white sclera. All ascensions have to lead to the main peptide- ghkcu. The reason ghkcu is important for melanin is because of the increased copper it provides for your body. When taking the peptide, your copper levels shoot up and provide extra melanin in the skin and eye area. Depending on injection area, the impact can be better or worse. Additional peptides include GHK and DAHK. And remember that besides copper, naturally supporting melanin production is possible through a diet rich in antioxidants, vitamins A, C, and E.
5. Reduce Phospholipid Accumulation: A strong and dominant limbal ring are directly associated to a healthy and decreased phospholipid accumulation in the blood, as well as a lower risk for cardiovascular diseases. If you eat a diet high in fats, it's likely that phospholipid accumulation is high and caused by the diet. Specifically replacing saturated fats with EPA-enriched phospholipids can reduce serum lipid levels and hepatic lipid accumulation. Another way to reduce PA is through inhibiting lysophosphatidylcholine acyltransferase 3. These reduce remodeling of phospholipids and can mitigate the accumulation of phospholipids correlating to obesity and less prominent limbal ring. There are numerous more ways to reduce phospholipid accumulation, and if you want more info, just look up how to decrease phospholipid accumulation.

*Information on how to get/maintain a limbal ring are not essentially in order. It is just what I came upon while researching.
*anything done by you is not my fault. I'm not at fault for any negative side effects.
