Im med and I had no idea that olive oil made us mogger like that, but 1 litre is insane, I used to grow up as a kid and eat bread with eggs dipped into olive oil ed for breakfast, maybe thats why I have a somewhat good facial bone development.
Once again I have no idea if this works but doesnt hurt to try.
Also for the IGF-1 part I doubt it tbh, everyone here is short compared to nordics and germanics.
