Too many gymcels are obsessed with hormones while completely ignoring the fundamental building block of sexual dimorphism, Cholesterol-derived Androgens.

Here's the truth about Lipidmaxxing
Most subhuman gymcels are stuck eating dry chicken breast and rice in a box, keeping your fat intake below a fucking limit per day, and wondering why you have no brow ridge development and why your voice sounds like a squeaky toy. Your body has NO androgenic materials.
