by believing that not procrastinating is beneficial. i used to justify it, which means i didnt really believe procrastination was bad.

if u sort out ur subconscious beliefs then itll be easy to do what u consciously think is rational

yes, i am happy. but i can see that school limits my productivity. and im aware that school causes widespread unhappiness and this unironically is ruining the entire soycieties for everyone, including me. its why each generation has got worse and worse, school when they were kids made them mentally ill.

School is actually really good, you can learn a lot of stuff and is also a MEGA social booster.

u can learn a lot of stuff, but learning doesnt come from school it comes from u. u could learn without school, just that school has nonlearning benefits too, like a degree.

i cant relate to the social booster as im doing college online (thats how i got ahead by sitting in my room doing math problems over and over and over for hours at a time)

hunter gather children ate fresh wild game and their parents didnt stuff leaves down their throats. soda doesnt give gratification, it causes mental illness which causes suffering.

yeah sure the school system didnt get that much worse, but the effect compounds over time. i mean that mentally ill people control the society and other mentally ill people, mental illness is a contagion, and it will eradicate itself out in due time.
