Why are they still here? They should have improved significantly by now and left + this was before the blackpill was known by normies.

Only reason I can think is money for surgeries to still be active here since then.

This isn't primarily an incel site, it's meant for looksmaxxing, which is a hobby for most. There is always something to improve. Previous looksmax forums were filled with people who had no problems with relationships, just wanted to improve looks as a hobby, but nowadays it's mostly socially inept kids using this site to pass time.
