idk why, i just get more and more emotional instead. even my parents tell me something is "off" about me, my dad told me i seem angry. i CANT control myself anymore. its impossible to laugh or smile, i go most of the day without eating, i cant make eye contact anymore. and i cant seem to find a solution sadly, im gonna have to live with shit forever ig.

its also partially the military's fault too. because i saw that there is worse than a shitty date with your itis so by comparsion those moments feel like heaven which makes me cry more about her. but then i realize that its over, i will never see her again and it uncontrollably affects my behavior. even i cant stand myself anymore.

Ngl, my oneitis was a HQNP HTB with a fogger smile, i don't think that i'll ever be able to find another woman like her, but it is what it is, it's over for sub 4.5 psl males and i also missed my chance with her(i could've atleast kissed her if i was ntmaxxed/low-inhibmaxxed). I had to delete my social media accounts where i had her added in order not to keep any contact(stalking) and nowadays i rarely think about her thanks to that.
